I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number. 

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the UPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you. Shipping time is currently 1-3 weeks of placing your order. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via UPS.

Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Please allow up to 7 business days for order verification and processing, and an additional 10 business days for delivery*.

All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground with a signature required. International orders (to select countries) are shipped UPS. Shipping fees are calculated as flat-rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per item basis and determined by order weight. Fees may include an additional handling charge.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with any questions regarding carrier claims.

DAMAGES

All items must be inspected within 15 days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 15 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.

What do I do if the item is defective damaged?

All items must be inspected within 15 days of receiving and customer service must be notified within 15 days of delivery. Images and descriptions of defects/damages must be provided for review. 

International Duty and Tax

International customers may incur additional charges at the time of checkout. International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to country and included in the order total at the time of checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay for all import Duty and Taxes prior to shipping. We will transfer the fees we collect to UPS to process your international shipment.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Please visit the MY ORDER page on our website to submit any questions regarding your order. We will try our best to reply to your question(s) within 48 hours.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check, and PayPal is not presently supported on KAWSONE.com. We currently accept Visa or Mastercard payments only.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

KAWSONE accepts orders from the United States and select International Countries list below: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom.

Note that some releases if stated, will be limited to the domestic US.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Please add your e-mail to the mailing list to receive product release updates. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made. On a case by case basis under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, if we determine a refund is warranted, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. If in any instance a refund is granted, credit cards will be refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. In order for us to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 15 days of receiving the order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax are charged to orders shipped within the states of California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

The applicable tax rate for orders within these states are subject to state sales tax between 4% and 7.25% sales tax.

The applicable tax rate for orders within these states are additionally all subject to an additional 0 - 4.5% sales tax based on individual counties and cities.

Shipping cost is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipping to states outside of California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
